I am lucky to be able to go to J’s classes and events on a regular basis. Her Fit Girl classes are the best way to start your morning - and while the fitness levels range in each class, J makes each person feel comfortable and leave feeling great (and sweaty). Her Fit Girl spring retreat 2015 was an incredible and refreshing weekend full of laughter, fitness, relaxing, friendship, and amazing meals. I absolutely cannot wait for the next one. Her bootybarre classes make you shake and feel the burn, her yoga classes are inspiring, and J always has an awesome playlist for every class.
