This beauty lost 11 pounds or more, we’re not sure because the scale became her greatest enemy. But we do know that it was at least 11 pounds and not only that (because the scale is a measure of just one thing: weight) look how toned she’s gotten!
She completely overhauled her diet, her workout routine and her daily habits. She started running 3 – 5 times per week, no matter what. Her vision was bigger than her sugar and carb cravings. She stopped snacking mindlessly on puffy foods: aka popcorn, chips, foods with no real substance. Those are the foods that you can eat and eat and eat and not feel full because it’s like eating air.
This little lady signed up for a dance class because she was feeling so good and completely changed how she felt about working out in a gym!
She LOVES her class and looks forward to getting there. She scheduled the class in her planner like she would a meeting and THAT has been a big piece of her long – term success.
